Accra's public record, in plain answers
- Ask Nokware
Ask a question
Ask about a budget, a fee, a bye-law or a plan. Every answer names the documents it came from, and says so when the record is silent.
- Report an issue
Report an issue
Tell the Assembly about a blocked drain, uncollected refuse or a broken streetlight. It goes to the department responsible, and you follow it with your reference. Reports about someone's safety are handled privately.
- Report privately
Report abuse or a safety matter
If someone is being hurt, threatened or is in danger, it goes privately to the Ghana Police Service and Social Welfare. It is never counted on the dashboard and never shown to anyone else.
- Check with a reference
Check a case
Enter the reference you were given when you reported. It shows how far along the case is and, once it is resolved, what was done.

How the record stays honest
- 01
Every answer carries its source
Ask answers only from documents in the Ledger and cites each one: who published it, and a link to the PDF.
- 02
Nothing reaches the public unsigned
Documents come from Assembly departments, or from verified contributors whose submissions the department reviews first.
- 03
Silence is stated, not filled
Where the Ledger holds nothing on a question, Nokware says so, and points to your right to request the information.
